2. Objeto del contrato
Estas condiciones regulan la contratación de productos turísticos ofrecidos por AsturiaMe, entre ellos:
Visitas guiadas privadas o en grupo.
Escapadas personalizadas.
Actividades culturales y gastronómicas.
Experiencias sensoriales u otros servicios turísticos organizados.
El cliente declara ser mayor de edad, con capacidad legal para contratar, y acepta las presentes condiciones al completar la reserva.
2. Purpose of the Contract
These terms and conditions govern the booking of tourism products offered by AsturiaMe, including:
Private or group guided tours.
Tailor-made getaways.
Cultural and gastronomic activities.
Sensory experiences or other organized tourism services.
The client declares to be of legal age, with the legal capacity to contract, and accepts these terms and conditions upon completing the booking.
3. Forma de pago
El pago se realiza mediante tarjeta de crédito/débito o medios digitales seguros a través de nuestra plataforma de reservas (Regiondo). La reserva se considerará confirmada únicamente tras recibir el aviso de confirmación por parte de AsturiaMe, que será enviado una vez verificado el pago y la disponibilidad del servicio.
3. Payment Method
Payment is made by credit/debit card or secure digital means through our booking platform (Regiondo). The booking will be considered confirmed only after receiving a confirmation notice from AsturiaMe, which will be sent once payment and service availability have been verified.
4. Política de cancelación
Gastos administrativos:
Toda cancelación, independientemente del plazo y de si procede el reembolso total o parcial del importe abonado, llevará asociado un cargo fijo de 3 € en concepto de gastos administrativos. Este importe no es reembolsable.
A) Visitas guiadas y actividades de 1 día:
Cancelación gratuita (menos el gasto administrativo) hasta 24 horas antes de la hora de inicio.
Cancelaciones con menos de 24 horas o no presentación: 100 % de gastos (sin devolución).
B) Viajes organizados, escapadas o experiencias personalizadas:
Cancelación gratuita (menos el gasto administrativo) hasta 15 días antes de la fecha de inicio.
Entre 14 y 7 días antes: gastos del 50 %.
Menos de 7 días antes: gastos del 100 % (sin devolución).
Si existen proveedores con condiciones propias (alojamientos, transporte…), se aplicarán además sus políticas específicas, que serán informadas en el momento de la reserva.
4. Cancellation Policy
Administrative fee:
Any cancellation, regardless of the notice period and whether a full or partial refund applies, will incur a fixed €3administrative fee. This amount is non-refundable.
A) Guided tours and one-day activities:
Free cancellation (minus the administrative fee) up to 24 hours before the start time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time or no-shows: 100% of the price (no refund).
B) Organized trips, getaways, or tailor-made experiences:
Free cancellation (minus the administrative fee) up to 15 days before the start date.
Between 14 and 7 days before the start date: 50% fee.
Less than 7 days before the start date: 100% fee (no refund).
If suppliers with their own terms (accommodation, transport, etc.) are involved, their specific policies will also apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.
5. Modificaciones y sustituciones
AsturiaMe se reserva el derecho de modificar horarios, recorridos o contenidos de las experiencias por motivos de fuerza mayor (meteorología, seguridad, disponibilidad del servicio…), garantizando siempre una alternativa de calidad igual o superior.
El cliente podrá proponer cambios siempre que sea posible, y estos estarán sujetos a disponibilidad y posibles ajustes de precio.
5. Modifications and Substitutions
AsturiaMe reserves the right to modify schedules, itineraries, or activity content for reasons of force majeure (weather, safety, service availability, etc.), always guaranteeing an alternative of equal or higher quality.
The client may request changes whenever possible, which will be subject to availability and potential price adjustments.
6. Reembolsos
Los reembolsos, cuando procedan, se realizarán en el mismo método de pago utilizado y en un plazo máximo de 7 días naturales. No se realizarán devoluciones parciales en caso de abandono voluntario de la actividad una vez iniciada.
6. Refunds
Refunds, when applicable, will be made using the same payment method used for the booking, within a maximum of 7 calendar days. Partial refunds will not be issued in the event of voluntary withdrawal from the activity once it has started.
7. Responsabilidades
AsturiaMe actúa como agencia receptiva organizadora de los servicios contratados. No se hace responsable de pérdidas, daños o lesiones derivadas de causas ajenas a su control (retrasos de transporte, condiciones meteorológicas extremas, actos del cliente u otros).

AsturiaMe acts as the incoming agency organizing the contracted services. It is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury caused by circumstances beyond its control (transport delays, extreme weather conditions, acts of the client, or others).
8. Protección de datos
Los datos personales del cliente serán tratados conforme a la Política de Privacidad de AsturiaMe, disponible en www.asturiame.com/politica-de-privacidad.

9. Legislación aplicable
Las presentes condiciones se rigen por la legislación española. Para cualquier conflicto que pudiera derivarse, las partes se someten a los juzgados y tribunales del Principado de Asturias, salvo que la normativa aplicable disponga otro fuero
9. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any disputes that may arise, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the Principality of Asturias, unless the applicable regulations establish a different jurisdiction.
